FIELD: gas storage facilities. SUBSTANCE: this capsule can be used as gas source for gas-filled articles. In proposed gas storage capsule sealing of outlet sealed channel is made in fork of flexible member installed on outer hole and compressed around the hole for provision of preset displacement owing to fitting of removable compressing member installed between flexible member and projection of cover and/or body. Capsule filling method comes to forming of capsule in gas-tight housing which has outlet and inlet channels and valve with flexible member to pass gas inside the capsule under action of preset differential providing unsealing of inlet channel and placing inner place of capsule in communication with ambient medium. Sorbent is saturated with gas by placing capsule into gas medium. Medium pressure exceeds gas storage pressure in capsule by value of preset pressure differential. EFFECT: simplified process of building gauge pressure in aerosol and other gas-filled articles, enlarged range of compositions of used gases. 17 cl, 3 dwg
