FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-spirituous liquid (proof is 40%) by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water. An aqueous--spirituous liquid is treated with activated carbon by passing through carbon-cleansing battery and fed to finishing tank. Aromatic alcohol is prepared from peppermint and common wormwood taken in the amounts 0.2-0.3 and 0.1-0.2 kg/1000 dal, respectively. Honey filtrate is added to finishing tank followed by addition of aromatic alcohol mixed with granulated refined sugar that is used as 65.8% sugar syrup or sugar aqueous solution. Ready special vodka has the following components, per 1000 dal of ready product: honey, 2.8-3.2 kg; refined granulated sugar, 11.5-12.5 kg; aromatic alcohol of common wormwood and peppermint, 3.5-4.5 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water are taken in the amount to obtain the blend proof 40%.
