FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing aqueous-alcoholic solution (alcohol-water mixture) from ethyl rectified "Extra" alcohol and potable improved water for preparation of 40% vol. vodka. Aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist discharging is prepared by single infusion from predried barley malt and then it is divided into two streams. The smaller one is directed for blending with aqueous-alcoholic solution, 65.8-% sugar syrup and glucose. Aqueous-alcoholic solution is preliminarily cleaned on carbon filter. The larger stream of solution is directed for distillation for preparing aromatic alcohol which is added in finishing tank in prepared vodka. Prepared blending is filtered and bottled. Vodka contains the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal: aqueous-alcoholic infusion of dried barley malt, 3.5-4.5 l; aromatic alcohol of dried barley malt, 35-40 l; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 6-7 l; glucose, 4.5-5.5 kg; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance.
