FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of aromatic alcohol by pouring 12 kg of rye rusks with 50-% strength aqueous-alcoholic liquid in ratio 1:6, infusing for 12-16 h, infusion discharging and distillation. Ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water are mixed, and passed through carbon-cleaning battery. Then aromatic alcohol of rye rusks, refined granulated sugar in the form of 65.8-% sugar syrup or aqueous solution are added, mixed and filtrated. Refined granulated sugar is introduced in mixture before mixing immediately after adding the aromatic alcohol of rye rusks in it. The following ingredients are used for 1000 dal of vodka preparation in ratio: refined granulated sugar, 19.5-30.5 kg; aromatic alcohol of rye rusks, 31.8-32.2 l; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water, the balance.
