Abstract RU 2157831 C1

FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-spirituous solution to obtain ready vodka with proof 44%. An aqueous-spirituous solution is stirred thoroughly and after correction repumped into supply tank and then fed to carbon-cleansing battery. An aqueous-spirituous solution is filtered through carbon layer (height is 4 m) at the rate 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and at the rate below 30 dal/h for regenerated one. Honey and rose fruits aqueous-spirituous infusion of the 1-st pouring off are added to the blend at the following sequence: honey is diluted preliminary with purified water in the ratio 1:5, stirred thoroughly, brought about to boiling point, rose fruits aqueous-spirituous infusion of the 1-st pouring off taken in the calculated amount is added, filtered, cooled and added into finishing tank. Calculated amount of natural product of plant origin ameliorant "AMO-97" is mixed with small amount of vodka and added into finishing tank. Tank content is stirred thoroughly after addition of each component, corrected if necessary and fed to pouring with obligatory control filtration. Ready vodka has the following ratio of components, per 1000 dal of vodka: honey, 4.5-5.5 kg; ameliorant "AMO-97", 0.04-0.06 l; rose fruits an aqueous-spirituous solution of the 1-st pouring off, 0.09-0.15 l; rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purity and purified drinking water up to proof 44% in ready product. Vodka has high biological and nutrient value since it is enriched with complex of biologically active substances of very broad pattern that is retained in the process of vodka storage. Vodka has pleasant honey-almond tint after taste. EFFECT: improved method of production, high quality, broadened assortment of biologically active vodkas. 1 tbl
