FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: an aqueous-spirituous solution is prepared into the preparing tank by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" with purified drinking water taken in amount providing 40% strength of the blend. An aqueous- spirituous solution is purified in battery with activated carbon at the rate of filtration for fresh and regenerated carbon up to 40 and 30 dal/h, respectively. Then vodka is fed into finishing tank. Wheat embryo flakes an aqueous-spirituous infusion is prepared: 0.1 kg of flakes are poured with 1 l of an aqueous-spirituous solution of strength 60% followed by keeping for 2 days and pouring off the infusion. Infusion is mixed with ameliorant AMO-97 "Reino and FIS", France, dissolved in rectified alcohol that is a natural food supplement of plant origin in the ratio 1:1, kept for 2-6 h and this mixture is added into finishing tank being simultaneously with vodka. Sugar as sugar syrup of concentration 65.8% or as an aqueous solution is added into preparing or finishing tank and content of tank is stirred thoroughly followed by control of vodka strength, corrected if necessary and stirred. Vodka is bottled with obligatory control filtration. The following components are used, per 1000 dal of vodka: wheat embryo flakes infusion, 0.7-0.7 l; ameliorant AMO-97, 0.09-0.11 kg; sugar, 9.9-10.1 kg; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water are taken as measured to obtain 40% of strength.
