FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method of continuous production of chewing gum includes preparation of concentrate of resin base having the main composition for preparation of various final resin bases and chewing gums, and composition of concentrate of resin base with the rest ingredients of resin base and other ingredients of chewing gum in the same continuous mixer. The invention provides the method of continuous preparation of chewing gum from concentrate of resin base with the help of two-stage process without intermediate stage of base separation, and which does not require changing the classic composition of chewing gum. The invention also provides the better continuous method for chewing gum preparation with using of concentrate of resin base applicable for a wide range of products of chewing gum, and combines the end of production of resin base with production of final product of chewing gum.
