FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method of vodka production involves preparing an aqueous-spirituous solution (proof is 40%) by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purification degree and purified drinking water. Prepared an aqueous- -spirituous solution is stirred thoroughly. After control of its proof the solution is repumped into supply tank and then fed on carbon-cleansing battery. The rate of filtration of an aqueous-spirituous solution is up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and up to 30 dal/h for regenerated carbon. Filtered off vodka is fed into finishing tank. Sugar as an aqueous solution or syrup (concentration is 65.8%) is added into finishing tank at stirring. Glycerol and aromatic principle "Apricot N 598" are mixed, dissolved in vodka, kept for 20-30 min after sugar addition are added into finishing tank. Vodka is stirred thoroughly and controlled for its proof. If proof value of vodka is deviated from standard one alcohol or water is added into the same tanks followed by stirring and proof control. Ready vodka is fed to pouring with obligatory control filtration. Ready vodka has the following ratio of components, kg/1000 dal: aromatic principle "Apricot N 598" of firm "Dehler GMBh" (Germany), 0.3-0.5; glycerol, 0.2-0.4; sugar 17-19; an aqueous- -spirituous solution prepared of rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purification degree and purified drinking water, the balance.
