Proposed invention provides preparing the special vodka of less cost and high stability in storage and to expand assortment of special vodkas, and enhancement of black currant aroma due to synergetic effect of sodium hydrocarbonate, lactic acid and sugar conferring to vodka barely detecting tint of nutmeg in after tasting.
