SUBSTANCE: claimed vodka contains (in 1000 dal of finished product): glycerol 0.4-0.8 kg; specific flavor 0.2-0.5 kg; coriander oil dissolved in rectified alcohol in ratio of 1:10 0.15-0.45 l; caraway oil dissolved in rectified alcohol in ratio of 1:10 0.08-0.3 l; 65.8 % sugar syrup 13.0-15.0 l; and balance: rectified ethanol and corrected drink water to produce alcohol strength of 40 %.
EFFECT: vodka with improved irganoleptic quality and clove bouquet.
