FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing with a member for linking to extensor ligament apparatus of the knee joint fixed on the casing. The casing is disk manufactured from extremely high molecular weight polyethylene being convex on the end faces with different degree of characteristic slope for positioning the disk with its more steep end turned to femoral condyles. The disk has penetrating opening aligned along diameter and two peripheral holes intersecting the penetrating openings. The member for making link to extensor ligament apparatus is formed by ligament implant manufactured as roller made from tricot fabric woven from polyethylene terephthalate threads and by penetrating opening of casing disk containing the ligament implant inside and by peripheral opening where it is fixed to enable the free end of the ligament implant end on one side of the penetrating opening to be attached to the musculus femoris quadriceps. Canal is produced in the tibia in parallel to the plateau for positioning and fixing the free end of the ligament implant. EFFECT: high rigidity and strength of the connection; reduced risk of the postoperative complications. 4 dwg
