FIELD: magnetic concentration of finely dispersed mineral mixtures in dry powder product; applicable in separation of nonmagnetic components from magnetic ones and their simultaneous separation by magnetic properties. SUBSTANCE: device includes electromagnetic system producing travelling magnetic field and supplied with three-phase alternating current; feeder and receivers of separation products. Pole pieces of electromagnetic system are installed square to surface of material under separation and made with reducing length from loading device, and current windings put on them are made with reducing number of turns.
