FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming new ridges by destructing ridges formed previous year, with new ridges being chiefly oriented from the East to the West; simultaneously introducing fertilizers; sowing tilled crop seeds and compacting soil with roller; cutting slits in direction normal to ridges; joining slits with effluent irrigation channel, with space between them not exceeding 50 m. Method allows farm crops, including rice, to be effectively cultivated by regulating soil temperature and water conditions on rice ameliorative systems. Seeds may be sown earlier before probable soil drying up period by providing uniform soil thawing, discharge of excessive moisture and furrow and slit irrigation.
