FIELD: pharmaceutical chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention provides novel biphenylsulfonamides with general formula I: (I), in which one of X and Y is oxygen and the other nitrogen; each of R1 and R2 is directly linked to endocyclic carbon atom and each independently from the other denotes hydrogen or lower alkoxy group; each of R3 and R4 is directly linked to endocyclic carbon atom and each independently from the other denotes lower alkyl; each of R12,R13 and R14 denotes hydrogen atom; R11 is hydrogen or lower alkyl optionally substituted with Z1,Z2,Z3, of which each independently can be hydrogen atom or Z1 is group Z4-NZ7Z8 or Z4-N(Z11)Z5-Z6, wherein Z4 is ordinary bond, Z5 ordinary bond or C= O group, Z6 lower alkyl optionally substituted by 3 halogen atoms or cycloalkylalkyl, Z7 hydrogen, and Z8 lower alkyl, or yet Z1 can be 2-oxopyrrolydinyl or substituted pyrazolyl; J, K, L, T, and U, independently from each other, are nitrogen or carbon atoms on condition that at least one of them is nitrogen and no more than two of them are nitrogens and also, when only one of J, K, L, T, and U is nitrogen, the latter can be oxidized into N-oxide; and p=0.
