SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 4-pyrimidine- or pyridinyl derivatives of indole-3-yl-alkylpiperazines of the formula (I) where X means =N- or -CH=; R1 - hydrogen, halogen, lower alkoxy-group, amino-group, cyano-group, hydroxy, nitro-group, group of the formula:
where R7 - hydrogen, lower alkyl; R9 - lower alkyl or group of the formula: -N-
; R2 - hydrogen, lower alkoxy-group, group of the formula: CO2R9 where R9 - lower alkyl, halogen; R3 - hydrogen, lower alkyl; R4 - lower alkyl; R5 - hydrogen; R6 - hydrogen, lower alkyl at condition that part of molecule R1-(CH2) can be hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-group, -N-R7SO2R9 if X means =N-. Compounds of the formula (I) are used as an active component at amount 1-500 HT1D in pharmaceutical composition showing antagonistic effect with respect to serotonine 5-
