SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 4-pyrimidine- or pyridinyl derivatives of indole-3-yl-alkylpiperazines of the formula (I) where X means =N- or -CH=; R₁ - hydrogen, halogen, lower alkoxy-group, amino-group, cyano-group, hydroxy, nitro-group, group of the formula: where R₇ - hydrogen, lower alkyl; R₉ - lower alkyl or group of the formula: -N-; R₂ - hydrogen, lower alkoxy-group, group of the formula: CO₂R₉ where R₉ - lower alkyl, halogen; R₃ - hydrogen, lower alkyl; R₄ - lower alkyl; R₅ - hydrogen; R₆ - hydrogen, lower alkyl at condition that part of molecule R₁-(CH₂) can be hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-group, -N-R₇SO₂R₉ if X means =N-. Compounds of the formula (I) are used as an active component at amount 1-500 HT_1D in pharmaceutical composition showing antagonistic effect with respect to serotonine 5- receptors.
