FIELD: plasma equipment, controlled thermonuclear fusion. SUBSTANCE: device has plasma chamber with compartments for plasma acceleration and braking. They are provided by external and inner coaxial electrodes. Ring space between electrodes of acceleration compartment is designed as convergent-divergent channel. Breaking compartment is designed as ring space between electrodes which is an extension of acceleration compartment electrodes. Initial magnetic field source and main electromagnetic power source are connected to electrodes of acceleration compartment. Device is equipped with second acceleration compartment, which is located after braking compartment and is in symmetry about first acceleration compartment. Also, device is equipped with second main electromagnetic power source, which is connected to electrodes of second acceleration compartment. Initial magnetic field source is inserted in cut of external electrode or is connected to external and inner electrodes of chamber in center of braking compartment.
