FIELD: technology of production of ozone from atmospheric oxygen; check and graduation of automatic gas analyzers of ozone microconcentrations. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is performed by acting on atmospheric oxygen by ultra- violet radiation at wave length ranging from 103 to 150 Nm and discharge current in ultra-violet lamp of 0.1 mA at flow rate of air of 1.5 l/min. EFFECT: possibility of obtaining gas at zone concentration of maximum permissible magnitude. Enhanced efficiency and reliability. 2 dwg, 1btl
