SUBSTANCE: given gear is fitted with base, carriage carrying mobile link jointly forming double-coordinate horizontal table, drives of linear translations of carriage and mobile link. Alignment and positioning mechanism includes mobile lower frame coupled with the aid of restoring joints to platform, mobile upper frame coupled to three drives of its linear translations along vertical line and object table. Drives of alignment and positioning mechanism for linear translations along horizontal line are installed in mobile link and are tied up with lower mobile frame and platform. Drives of linear translations of mobile upper frame along vertical line are placed on platform and object table is coupled to drives of linear translations along horizontal line mounted for its rotation with reference to vertical axis. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of gear thanks to translation of output link over six degrees of freedom. 2 dwg
