SUBSTANCE: grape semisweet red wine contains dry grape wine material, sugar-containing component and food flavor-aromatic additive "Vishnya" at the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal of blend: food flavor-aromatic additive "Vishnya, 1.0-7.9 kg; sugar-containing component for ensuring sugar content of 3.0-4.9 g/cu.cm in prepared product; grape wine material, the balance. As a dry grape wine material, wine contains red wine materials or mixture of red and white wine materials at their quantitative content from 1 to 25% of blend volume. The wine contains, as a sugar-containing component, 60-70-% sugar syrup and/or concentrated wine wort (juice) in the amount from 1 to 99% each from mixture volume. The proposed wine possesses complex flavor and taste remaining combination of flavor and taste of peach with black chokeberry and mildly acid taste in aftertaste.
