SUBSTANCE: grape red strong wine has the following components, dal/1 000 dal of ready wine: grape wine material 800-860; sugar-containing component to provide sugar content 100 g/dm3 112-154; food taste-aromatic addition "Vishya", kg: 1.0-10.0; rectified ethyl alcohol to make the proof of wine 20 vol.% - the rest. The source of the grape wine material: red or red and white grape wine materials at amount from 1 to 25% of the blend volume. Also, dry and/or fortified grape treated wine materials or mistel and dry and/or fortified treated grape wine materials are used as the grape wine material. The source of sugar-containing component - 65-70%-th sugar syrup and/or the grape concentrated wort. Invention can be widely used for production of grape red strong wines.
