FIELD: food industry, particularly, wine-making for production of grape semisweet white wines. SUBSTANCE: grape semisweet white wine contains ingredients at the following ratio, per 1000 dal of blend: food flavor-and-aromatic additive "Shardone", 1.0-15.0 kg; sugar-containing component, up to sugar content in ready product of 30-40 g/cu.dm; white dry grape wine material, the balance. Used as grape wine material are pink, red and white wine materials. Besides, said wine contains 65-70-% sugar syrup and/or concentrated grape wort (juice) as a sugar-containing component. The invention provides production of grape semisweet white wines with fruit taste and flavor with tones of apricot and peach, and mild tone of hawthorn flowers.
