FIELD: methods of development of oil deposits. SUBSTANCE: method includes creation of conditions in wellbore promoting of oil inflow from oil-bearing interlayers and preventing water inflow from water-bearing interlayers. Wellbore is successively washed. Pumping equipment is lowered to ensure liquid withdrawal below surface of perforated formation. Oil is injected into annular space to fully replace water for oil in wellbore and pumping equipment. Pressure drop of 0.3-1.2 kgf/sq.cm on oil-water interface is provided. Then well is put into operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency, simplified and low-cost method due to minimization of water accumulation in interval of oil-producing horizon. 2 cl, 7 dwg, 1 ex
