FIELD: fire-fighting means.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of fire extinguishing and can be used for manufacturing fire extinguishing coatings and means. Fire-extinguishing composition contains microcapsules with poison from fire-extinguishing agent, which is represented by halocarbons, surrounded by envelope of polymer material, which are distributed in polymer binding agent. Polymer binding agent is represented by water-soluble or water-insoluble polymers in form of solutions or dispersions in water or organic solvents, respectively. Envelope material is represented by polyurea and/or polyurethane based on polyisocyanate prepolymer. Microcapsules themselves have varying sizes within the range 2.0-100.0 mcm. Also the object of invention is method of said fire-extinguishing composition manufacturing.

EFFECT: cost reduction and increase of final product exploitation properties due to simplification of microcapsulated fire-extinguishing agent obtaining.
