SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel heterocyclic condensed benzoylguanidines of the general formula (I) where R¹ and R² mean independently each of other H or A; X means CR⁴R⁵, C=Z or O; Y means CR⁶R⁷; Z means O or CH₂; R⁴,R⁵,R⁶ and R⁷ mean independently each of other H, A, OH or OA; or R⁵ and R⁶ or R⁷ and R⁸ mean in common a bond being in each molecule only a single similar bond can appear maximally; or R⁴ and R⁵ mean in common O-(CH₂)₂-O or O-(CH₂)₃-O, or R⁸ and R⁹ mean independently each of other H or A where A means alkyl with 1-6 C-atoms; n = 0 or 1, and their physiologically acceptable salts. Benzoylguanidines of the formula (I) are inhibitors of Na⁺/H⁺-anticarrier and used for preparing drugs. Invention describes also method of synthesis of compounds of the formula (I), pharmaceutical composition based on thereof and method of its preparing.
