FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel alkenylcarboxylic acids guanidides of the formula (I) 
where R(6) and R(7) mean H or (C1-C8-alkyl; R(1), R(2), R(3), R(4) and R(5) mean hydrogen of fluorine atom being at least one or residues R(1), R(2), R(3), R(4) and R(5) must be fluorine atom, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Compounds of the formula (I) are synthesized by interaction of the compound of the formula (II) 
with guanidine. Compounds of the formula (I) show ability to inhibit cellular Na+/H+-exchange and they therefore are suitable for treatment of patients with increased Na+/H+-exchange and can be used individually or as components of pharmaceutical composition.
