FIELD: cellular and radial communication systems using subscriber terminals with automatic power control of transmitted radio signal. SUBSTANCE: two or more base stations of the radio communication systems are arranged to produce interference, that are interfering ones relative to each other, or active repeaters of signals with a duplex separation of reception and transmission frequencies are placed near them, whose frequency range is set in such a way that it would coincide with the frequency range of the interfering base station; the subscriber terminals with automatic power control of signal transmission located near the "strange" base station receive and transmit the signals re- emitted by the active repeaters, whose frequency range coincides with the operating frequency range of the subscriber terminal, respectively from its own and to its base station. Realization of the invention provides for the preset level of intersystem interference at an arbitrary location of the base stations of two communication systems relative to each other, reduces the frequency guard space between the systems and increases the quantity of operating channels in the set free sections of the range.
