FIELD: aeronautical engineering; designing flapping-wing vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed wing includes shoulder, wrist and drive for control of motion. Shoulder and wrist form supporting plane made in form of membrane which is secured at one edge and is provided with current-conducting layer. Drive is made in form of T-shaped cantilevers located along surface of membrane. Each cantilever includes current-conducting layer whose length is equal to 2l; it is parallel relative to surface of membrane and is isolated from it at area where cantilever is secured to membrane; it is separated from membrane at clearance "d" whose amount is within 0,1≅d≅1,0 mkm mkm. Length of cantilever is found from the following relationship: 0,01≅d/l≅0,2. Wing is provided with two wire layout systems located on surface of membrane separating the wing into shoulder adjoining secured edge of membrane and wrist; thus, length of shoulder is equal to 0.1 to 0.4 of length of wing. Method of wing motion control includes reduction of negative lift force during upward motion of wing through separate delivery of stress to shoulder and wrist. EFFECT: simplified construction. 3 cl, 3 dwg
