FIELD: wine making. SUBSTANCE: for wine production, a sweetener is mixed before blending with grape wine material up to strength of mixture equal to strength of wine material. Grape wine material is blended with the sweetener, ethyl rectified alcohol and an agent which gives wine taste and aroma of vermouth. The agent is food flavor additive "Aroma KK" or its analog. The latter is alcoholized by ethyl rectified alcohol up to condition of ready wine. The wine blend is tested for bottling stability, filtered and after 10-day rest is directed for bottling.
