SUBSTANCE: grape white highly-alcoholic wine contains white grape wine material, sugar-containing component, food flavor additive "Madera", and ethyl rectified alcohol in amount provided strength of prepared product equal to 18% vol. Ingredients are taken in the following ratio per 1000 dal of prepared wine: food flavor additive "Madera", 0.1-10.0 kg; sugar-containing component, up to sugar content in prepared wine of 100 g/cu. dm; white grape wine material, 724.5-964.0 dal; ethyl rectified alcohol, the balance. The wine contains, as white grape wine material, white dry and/or fortified grape wine materials, and as a sugar-containing component, grape concentrated wort and/or 65-70-% sugar syrup.
