SUBSTANCE: wine drink contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: grape wine material, 150-200 dal; food flavoring additive "Kampari", 229-231 kg; food color "Koshenilovy krasny" E-124, 0.001-0.3 kg; citric acid, up to mass concentration of titrated acids on conversion to tartaric acid, 2-4 g/cu. dm; granulated sugar, up to mass concentration of sugars on conversion to invert one, 140 g/cu.dm; ethyl rectified alcohol and water, up to volume part of ethyl alcohol of 25%.
