SUBSTANCE: grape pink highly-alcoholic wine contains grape wine material, sugar-containing component, food flavor additive "Vermouth Rosso", and ethyl rectified alcohol at the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared wine: food flavor additive "Vermouth Rosso", 0.1-10.0 kg; sugar-containing component, up to mass concentration of sugar 100 g/cu.dm; grape wine material, 724.5-964.0 dal; ethyl rectified alcohol, the balance in terms of blend strength up to 18% vol. The wine contains, as grape wine material, dry and/or fortified pink and/or white and red grape wine materials, and as a sugar-containing component, dry grape concentrated wort and/or 65-70-% sugar syrup.
