SUBSTANCE: grape original dessert white wine contains white grape wine material, sugar-containing component, ethyl rectified alcohol and food flavor-and-aromatic additives "risling" and "muskat" at the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared wine: flavor-and-aromatic additives "risling" and "muskat", in total quantity of 0.1-20.0 kg; sugar-containing component, up to mass concentration of sugar 160 g/cu.dm; grape wine material, 645-961 dal; ethyl rectified alcohol, the balance, in terms of wine strength of 16 vol.%. Claimed wine contains, as a sugar-containing component, 65-70-% sugar syrup and/or grape concentrated wort, and as a grape wine material, dry and/or fortified grape wine materials, or mistelle, and/or dry and/or fortified grape wine materials. Claimed wine possesses a new aroma reminding a flavor of peach aroma with slight citron shade and full taste. EFFECT: broadened assortment of grape dessert white wines. 2 cl, 3 tbl
