METHOD FOR CONSOLIDATION GROUTING IN FOUNDATION OF DEFORMED BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method used for consolidation grouting in foundations of buildings and structures damaged in the course of their construction or servicing as a result of nonuniform settings of foundations involves injection of ground- improving solutions and chemical agents in separate areas including presetting of initial relative displacements of building parts and strain measurements in the course of consolidation. Novelty is that position of flexural axis of building is first determined by initial relative displacements, sections of building or structure including uniquely flexible parts are detected. Then ground is consolidated in areas of uniquely flexible parts where the least initial settings are noted. After that uniquely flexible parts are detected again using measurement results of strain occurred upon first stage of consolidation and next areas of building sections showing the least settings are consolidated. EFFECT: provision for consolidation grouting without impairing strain state of building; facilitated procedure. 4 cl, 2 dwg
