FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device relates to joints of pipelines used, for example, in fuel systems of flying vehicles. The device has a cut-off valve with seat interacting with stop. The device is provided with airborne plate rigidly connected to one of pipelines and with detachable plate rigidly connected to other pipeline. The device also includes stop housing fixed in pipeline having airborne plate and provided with through holes which axes are perpendicular to axis of pipeline. The device also has a travel limiter positioned on stop and spring-loaded position switch having a groove on external surface. The device contains stop ring mounted on position switch and ball lock arranged in through holes of stop housing for engagement with position switch groove. Cut-off valve is made in the form of two half-discs secured loosely on valve seat. Stop is spring-loaded relative to its housing. It is provided with groove on internal surface and mounted for foxing of half-discs in open position and for axial displacement within housing in direction of plate joint plate.
