FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises an onboard and tear-off plates. In the pipeline of the onboard plate there is a stop valve made in the form of a seat, two half-discs, every of which is equipped with a spring and eyes installed on the seat finger, a spring-loaded tip made as capable of protruding beyond the plane of plate separation and contact with a journal, arranged in the pipeline of the tear-off plate and a bushing. The device is equipped with a driving mechanism made in the form of a stem with a cartridge case and installed in the pipeline of the onboard plate, and guides. The stem is installed in the bushing and is connected by one end with the bottom of the cartridge case, having through holes in the side surface, and with the other one - with the spring-loaded tip with the possibility of control of their mutual position. Eyes of half-discs are arranged symmetrically relative to the axis of the valve. The outer eye of each half-disc is placed at the outer side of the inner eye of the other one and is equipped at the outer side with a pin with the cylindrical surface. The axis of the pin is parallel to the axis of the seat finger, arranged under the sharp angle to the plane stretching via the axis of the valve and the axis of the specified finger and is directed along with rotation of the half-disc as it opens. Springs of half-discs are arranged on the seat finger between their inner eyes. The bushing is equipped with a flange with evenly arranged control screws, installed as capable of contact with a bottom of the cup for adjustment of the gap between the free end of its shell and the cylindrical surface of the pin. Guides are installed in one plate and interact by their free part with the surface of the hole in the other plate. The value of protrusion of the spring-loaded tip beyond the plane of plate separation is not more than the value of protrusion of the guides beyond it.
