where R means methoxyl or thiomethyl group; R1 means acyloxy-group of polyunsaturated C16-C22-fatty acids; unbranched or branched or cyclic saturated or unsaturated O-alkyl-C1-C6; R2 means C1-C6- halogenalkyl-group under condition that when R2 means C1- halogenalkyl-group then R1 differs from methoxy-group. These compounds show cytostatic activity. Proposed compounds differ from that of the prior art by their high activity, lower toxicity and increased therapeutic index.
