FIELD: fodder production. SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of distillery grains by enzyme. For this purpose, grain hulls produced as a result of grain hulling preliminarily treated by enzyme of cellulolytic action, e. g. celloviridine GZx. T stened by water at temperature 17-18 C. The treatment is conducted at enzyme concentration of 0.5-0.7% and enzyme activity of 300-700 units; pH of medium in which fermentation is conducted is 4.7-5.5; durability of cellovidirine GZx action is 0.5-1 h at temperature 48-50 C. Prepared mixture of distillery grains and grain hulls is subjected to conductive drying up to humidity of 6-9%.
