FIELD: analytical and preparative chemistry, antibiotics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel methods of chromatography designated for purification of crude extracts containing cyclosporins used in pharmaceutical industry. Conventional preparative methods of chromatography separation are replaced by method of mobile layer completely or at least partially. Chromatography method of preparing of highly pure cyclosporin A and related cyclosporins involves two-stage chromatography separation using silica gel as adsorbent. At the first stage preparative high-performance liquid chromatography or method of mobile layer is used. At the second stage raffinate and extract fractions obtained at the first stage are subjected for additional purification by method of mobile layer.
