SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for purifying neutral breast milk oligosaccharide and can be used in food industry. Method comprises purification of neutral breast milk oligosaccharide from contaminants in a crude solution, containing contaminants and neutral breast milk oligosaccharide with purity < 80 %, by continuous chromatography, wherein the contaminants are oligosaccharides, which are formed due to heterogeneity of glycosyl transferase, which converts an end product, substrate or intermediate product into a contaminant oligosaccharide, wherein the crude solution is selected from a group, consisting of an extract of microbiological fermentation and a reaction solution of biocatalysis, and at that to the crude solution is used at least one stage of purification using chromatography with simulated motion of the stationary phase, wherein method provides a purified solution in which neutral breast milk oligosaccharide has purity ≥ 80 %.
EFFECT: new effective method for purifying neutral breast milk oligosaccharide is presented.
