FIELD: treated of Cyanophyceae in cleaning shallow waters at simultaneous generation of heavy water and proteinvitamin additive for fodder. SUBSTANCE: proposed disintegrator has housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, cylindrical rotor with blind holes which is located coaxially relative to housing and is engaged with holes of housing through circular passage. Engaged holes of housing are made in perforated ring which forms cavity together with housing; this cavity is communicated with next stages of disintegrators and with intake chamber of electrolysis plant. Outlet branch pipe of first-stage disintegrator housing is connected with centrifugal biofilter which is connected in its turn with tape-type press-filter, drier and protein-vitamin additive receiver. Inlet branch pipe of this disintegrator is connected with inner cavity of rotor which is communicated with circular passage by means of through radial holes of rotor. Through holes of rotor are located between blind holes. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of disintegration of heavy and light water molecule associate for use of heavy water in thermonuclear reactors. 1 dwg
