FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel salt, namely, (R)-3-N, N-dicyclobutylamino-8-fluoro-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyrane- 5-carboxamide acid tartrate, in part, its (2R,3R)-tartrate and especially to (R)-3-N, N, -dicyclobutylamino- 8-fluoro-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyrane-5-carboxamide acid (2R,3R)-tartrate monohydrate. Invention relates also to method of synthesis of indicated tartrate salt and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof used for treatment and prophylaxis of central nervous system (CNS) disorders and corresponding impairments of medicinal nature associated with activity of antagonist of 5-HT_1A-receptors. Invention provides the preparing the novel salt of (R)-3-N,N-dicyclobutylamino-8-fluoro-3,4-dihydro-2H-1- benzopyrane-5-carboxamide showing good solubility with low degree of hygroscopicity that makes the preparation based on thereof to be more stable in prolonged storage and the most useful in terms of quality guarantee.
