INSTALLATION FOR MANUFACTURE OF BOTTLES FROM POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of vessels from polyethylene terephthalate by blowing. SUBSTANCE: the installation has successively horizontally arranged sections for loading, heating, blowing, unloading and cooling of carriages. All the sections are provided with rectilinear guides forming a closed contour, in which carriages with carries for moulds and bottles and with mechanisms for rotation of moulds in the heating section are moving. Movement of the carriages is accomplished to the width of the carriage in the cooling and heating sections, and to the length of the carriage in the blowing and loading sections per cycle of bottle blowing. The heating section has heaters of a lengthy shape, the heaters are positioned in parallel with the guides, two of them are located along the edges of the heating section, the rest-between the rows of the carriage moulds moving in the heating section. The installation may have a manipulator and an orientator. EFFECT: enhanced capacity at reduced overall dimensions. 7 cl, 4 dwg
