SUBSTANCE: method consists in manufacture of a holder of the elastic reel, casting of plastisol in the form of polyurethane compound in a cylindrical form on one or two sides through the central hole of one or two covers on the end sides, after removal of the cover an axle with thrust journals is inserted in the form, plastisol is cast, the cover is fitted on the projecting journal and tightened to the body; prior to filling of the form, and adhesive material, type PVC, 5 to 7 mm thick, is applied onto the axle so as to enhance adhesion to metal with a subsequent heating of it up to 100 to 120 C. At such a method the forms may be cast simultaneously with vibration, whose intensity depends on the plastisol viscosity. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 2 cl, 1 dwg
