FIELD: chemistry industry. SUBSTANCE: described are new 4H-pyran derivatives of general formula I: wherein A is cycloalkyl having 3-6 carbon atoms or aryl having 6-10 carbon atoms which is similarly or differently substituted up to three times by nitro group, hydroxy group, aryl having 6-10 carbon atoms, halogen, trifluoromethyl or alkyl having straight or branched chain, alkoxycarbonyl alkylthio- or alkoxy group having in each case up to 6 carbon atoms, or group of formula: wherein R⁵ is straight or branched alkyl having up to 6 carbon atoms; R¹ and R² are the same or different and are hydrogen, amino group or straight or branched alkyl, alkoxy- or alkyl amino group having in each case, up to 8 carbon atoms, R³ and R⁴ are straight or branched alkyl having up to 6 carbon atoms, mixture of isomers thereof, individual isomers and salts thereof except for 3.5- diethoxycarbonyl-2,6-dimethyl-4-phenyl-4H-pyran. Components of formula I are modulators which are selective to calcium-dependent and calcium passages which are sensitive to charibdotoxin, more particularly central nervous system.
