SUBSTANCE: device includes reflector mounted on object, light source placed at angle with regard to reflector and unit recording reflected light beams. Working surface of reflector comes in the form of section of circular cylinder whose axis is perpendicular to direction of displacement of object subject to measurement and is parallel to axis of its turn. Screen of recording unit is fabricated in the form of circular cylinder embracing reflector. Axes of screen and reflector match. Screen has slit for transmission of light beam.
