FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is designed to remove burrs and to round off ribs of rectangular-section wire when machining great number of wires simultaneously. The device is provided with four rotating abrasive wheels and sliding guides for wire. Wheels are positioned in succession in direction of wire feed. Guides are shaped as a comb with teeth facing abrasive wheel. Guides also have inclined recesses for wire and radial cut-out for wheel.
