SUBSTANCE: vodka "BOYARIN" contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal: sugar, 17-19 kg; aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the Ist and IInd dischargings of black pepper of 70% strength, 0.7-0.9 l; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable additionally corrected water with hardness up to 0.2 mole/cu.m.
