FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: an aqueous-spirituous solution is prepared to obtain vodka with strength 40%. Prepared an aqueous-spirituous solution is stirred thoroughly, passed through carbon-cleansing battery at the rate 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and 30 dal/h for regenerated carbon. Prepared vodka is fed into the finishing tank. An aqueous-spirituous infusion of barley malt and rye dry brad is prepared by single infusions of corresponding raw in the amount 0.9-1.2 kg of barley malt and 0.2-0.4 kg of rye bran in an aqueous-spirituous liquid. Infusion is filtered and filtrates are added into the finishing tank with glycerol simultaneously at stirring. Content of finishing tank is stirred, strength is corrected and fed to pouring with obligatory control filtration. Ready vodka "Klassika" has the following ratio of components, per 1000 dal: 7.5-8.5 l of an aqueous- -spirituous infusion of barley malt of the 1-st pouring; 4-5 kg of glycerol; rectified ethyl alcohol "Extra" and drinking water up to the vodka strength 40%.
