FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: aqueous-spirituous solution is prepared from rectified ethyl alcohol "Extra" and purified drinking water with hardness below 0.2 mole/m³. Prepared an aqueous-spirituous solution is stirred thoroughly and after correction of its strength is repumped into pressure tank followed by feeding to carbon-cleaning battery. Filtration rate of an aqueous-spirituous solution for fresh carbon and regenerated carbon is up to 40 and 30 dal/h, respectively. Filtered off vodka is fed to the finishing tank. Glycerol and bergamot oil dissolved in rectified alcohol taken in the ratio 1:100 are fed to the finishing tank at the constant stirring. After addition of components into the finishing tank vodka is corrected in the same tanks thoroughly by addition of alcohol or water followed by stirring and strength control. After control filtration ready vodka is fed to the pouring. Ready vodka has 0.9-1.2 kg of glycerol, 0.1-0.3 l of spirituous solution (1:100) of bergamot oil and 40% rectified ethyl alcohol "Extra" and purified drinking water with hardness below 0.2 mole/m³, the balance. Proposed vodka "Elizaveta" has weak pine apple tint on the background of mild vodka taste and aroma. Vodka has minimal amount of components.
