FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of treatment of patients with disseminated sclerosis. Method involves addition of photosensitive compound to leukocyte-containing liquid, its distribution in subject damaged with disease followed by irradiation of subject for activation of photosensitive compound. Alternatively, patient blood to be treated can be subjected for photodynamic therapy by extracorporal method. In the case of disease complicated with rheumatic arthritis the topical treatment of articulations can be used.
